The Lafayette defense held Harvard to just three second-half points, but the Crimson's 24-13 halftime lead was too much to overcome as the Leopards dropped a 27-13 decision at Fisher Stadium. Quarterback Rob Curley threw for 220 yards and one touchdown in the Leopard's first loss of the season. Curley's lone touchdown pass come on a 22-yard connection to Shaun Adair in the second quarter, pulling the Leopards within a touchdown at 17-10. Adair led the Leopards receiving core with seven receptions for 85 yards. Davis Rodriguez added two field goals from 23 and 41 yards out. Harvard racked up 419 yards of offense in the game, but the Leopard defense only allowed a field goal in the second half. Andy Romans led Lafayette's defensive effort with 18 tackles, which earned him Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week honors.
